HISTORY

Integrity School A.C. was founded in Reynosa, Tamaulipas, in 1996. The school was established in response to the interest of several local families in providing their children with a bilingual, high-quality education based on Christian principles.

The school was founded by the married couple C.P. David Martínez Aguilar and Prof. Mirta Cecilia Longoria de Martínez, with the support of various individuals who believed in and supported the project. From its beginnings, Integrity School has maintained support and affiliation with Visión y Restauración Centro Familiar Cristiano A.R., an evangelical congregation that shares a strong alignment with the principles and values promoted by the school.

Integrity School began by offering preschool and elementary levels in the Ribereña neighborhood (located in the northern part of the city), later expanding to middle school and high school levels at the South Campus. Subsequently, after several years of planning and work, Integrity School inaugurated the new West Campus in December 2007, located at Blvd. Hidalgo No. 200 (Reynosa–Monterrey Highway). In the summer of 2014, Integrity School decided to consolidate all grade levels at this campus.

From its inception, all of our academic levels have held official recognition granted by the Secretariat of Education of the State of Tamaulipas. This has reinforced and supported the prestige and educational quality of Integrity School since its first year of operations. In 2010, Integrity School received accreditation from the International Christian Accrediting Association, and the following year obtained dual accreditation from the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools – Council on Accreditation and School Improvement (SACS-CASI); both institutions are based in the United States of America.

Integrity School is the only school in the country to hold the “triple crown” of accreditation: Cognia, ICAA, and SEP.

Over the years, and in fulfillment of our mission to provide a well-rounded education to our students, Integrity School has sought and maintained relationships with other Christian schools, associations, and universities in various parts of the world, especially in the United States of America. From our early years to the present, our students have had the opportunity to grow through exchange experiences with institutions in the states of Texas and Oklahoma. These exchanges have progressed to such an extent that today our students have open doors to various prestigious educational institutions abroad.

We understand that our history is written daily through the experiences of each Integrity School student and family. For this reason, today more than ever, we embrace this responsibility and strive to give our very best in order to positively impact and influence our students and graduates.
