Educational Pillars
As part of our mission and vision, we place special emphasis on the following three areas:

Integrity:
(From lat. integritas)
1. The quality of being whole and pure. A person or object that lacks none of its parts. 2. Said of a person: upright, honest, and blameless.
To be integral means to be true and complete; consistent in what one says, does, and is. An integral person is not necessarily perfect, but is inclined toward excellence and prosperity.
“He who walks uprightly and works righteousness,
And speaks the truth in his heart.”
Psalm 15:2 (NKJV)

Excellence:
(From lat. excellentia)
1. Superior quality or goodness that makes something worthy of special appreciation and esteem. 2. Treatment of respect and courtesy given to certain people because of their dignity or position.
To be excellent means striving for the highest standards in everything we do. It means standing out in our tasks, areas of expertise, and overall attitude. It also means constantly seeking continuous improvement.
“Therefore, eagerly desire the greater gifts. But now I will show you a way of life that is better than any other”
1 Corinthians 12:31 (NLT)

Lidership:
(From lat. ductus)
1. The ability of a person to influence or guide others. Exercising authority through example and service.
Exercising leadership means positively influencing others through our life, work, and attitude. It means impacting and guiding others toward a higher standard of living.
“For even the Son of Man did not come to be served, but to serve others and to give His life as a ransom for many.”
Mark 10:45 (NTV)
